1.) Does pricing for packages include the costs to rent your venue of choice?
No. The prices listed on our website only include the rate of FSA coaches.
2.) The venue requires a 2-hour rental: can we extend the time of our party?
Yes, most venues tack on a half-hour to account for early arrival and exit time. FSA’s event fee only includes 90-minutes, but please contact the Highwood Rec Center or Coach Jason (Jason@teamfsa.com) if you would like to extend the party for a full two hours.
3.) Do you provide food and drink?
No, but our coaches will happily distribute any food/drink you provide. Coaches will arrive at the facility at least 15 minutes prior and help setup, as well as clean up party materials.
4.) How can I reserve a party can they be booked online?
Ready to reserve a date for your party? Please call the Highwood Rec Center at 847-780-8084 or email Coach Jason (firstname.lastname@example.org) to get the party started!
5.) What if I’m not sure of my party’s head count?
No problem! We will touch base two days prior to make sure we have an accurate head-count. We will also recount day-of to ensure pricing is accurate.
6.) What is an event fee? When do I pay? Is gratuity included?
$250 for a party with 15-30 participants. $300 for a party with 31-39 participants. Please contact Coach Ed directly if you plan on having a party with 40+ participants.
All party fees are collected day-of @ the party. Gratuity is not included in the FSA event fee, but always appreciated!
7.) What is your cancelation policy?
There is no fee as long the party is canceled within 48 hours of the original reservation. Cancelations under 48 hours will cost $100.
